This website, www.akshardt.com, is operated by Akshar Dies & Tools, 418, GIDC Makarpura, Vadodara, Gujarat 390010, India ("we", "us"). We are the data fiduciary for personal data collected through this website and through enquiries sent to us.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, company, job title, email address, phone number and delivery location.
- Information about your enquiry: drawings, specifications, quantities and messages you send by email, phone or WhatsApp.
- Basic technical data that web servers record automatically, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children, and we do not collect sensitive personal data through this website.
How the quote form works
The request-a-quote form on this website does not store your details on our servers. It prepares a summary that you send to us yourself from your own email program. We then handle it like any other email enquiry.
Why we use it
- To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations and deliver orders.
- To manage our relationship with customers and suppliers, including vendor registration.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
